    No Logmein.com account: $2295.00 (includes 90 days of unlimited support)
    - Additional year of support after the 90 day's can be purchased at the yearly rate noted above ($902.00 / $1999.00)
15 min support only no updates (for users out of any support period)

With a Logmein.com account setup and functioning prior to any support: $95.00/15min (30min minimum)
No Logmein.com account: $499.00/15min (15min minimum)
