ApexPay is designed to be a companion utility to Quickbooks(r) accounting program.  You do not have to use QuickBooks tax tables to calculate your federal and state taxes. You can choose to manually calculate your taxes and then enter them into QuickBooks yourself.  ApexPay is intended for small businesses with up to 5 employees.

1. Select your employee from a drop-down menu
2. ApexPay will pull up the Federal and State Withholding status
3. Enter the YTD Gross pay <calculated by QuickBooks>
4. Enter the Gross pay for this payroll
5. Click on the "Calculate" button
6. Enter the numbers in your QuickBooks <or other accounting> program
   

Pricing

ApexPay has a one time charge of $78.00. This price includes the program on CD and 90 days of telephone support for the program. 

After the initial purchase you can manually update ApexPay internal tax tables <each year you should receive a booklet from the Federal and State government >, Or you can choose to pay $20.00 each year for an automatic update utility from Apex BrainWare Solutions.
